First of all, this is a crazy picture, dangerous situation which directly create an interesting photo!

I like the framing, you see just that little of the shops on the left, the way you shot the tram, almost frontview, but you can see a little peek of the side which let's you see how little place there is between the shops and the train.
You can almost see the movement of the tram from the left-upper corner to the right-down corner which create a great contrast together with the woman holding her shop together
The colour contrast (complementary contrast) works with the big orange train and the bright blue of the woman's apron.
The other colours blend together so you see the few bright colours stand out.

The train, woman, colours and scenery, it all fits, nice work!
